Combo Critters 2
Combo Critters is a pokemon-like mobile game where you play as a robot cat who collects little aliens from around the universe. The game revolves around the concept of merging your critters together to create better and stronger creatures. Here is the official description: “Combine to evolve your critters and get ready to conquer the universe! Explore planets to discover quirky inhabitants, and courageously go into battle against them. Collect these cute critters and get stronger by mashing them up in the combine-machine.”
The second instalment would begin right after you beat the original game’s final boss - Mecharaijin. After suffering many losses, Robo Cat and the remaining critters discover what seems to be a shut down Robo Dog. After some investigation, Robo Cat and the critters manage to reactivate the Robo Dog. When Robo Dog wakes up he is confused. He quickly regains his memory and tells you about the evil organization behind the Mecha Bosses. I’d like to think that would be XCybreon and his team of Cyvision people who are searching for powerful objects in this universe (remember that I was just a kid when I made this concept). A new mechanic is unlocked, which is the Robo Dog’s laser blaster. It can shoot and destroy other bad robots in real-time combat unlike the normal turn-based combat you normally do when trying to catch a new critter. The only difference from the original game is that there is now two-player gameplay due to Robo Dog, and also, the real-time combat. Other than that it will be exactly like the first instalment right down the graphics. Robo Cat catches creatures and Robo Dog destroys enemy robots. Two forms of combat in one big adventure! At the end of the game, the team, with the combined forces of the Cat and Dog spaceships + the critters, you will finally take down the Mecha Lords and live happily after ever with all of the critters! Even though I am a lot older now, it would still bring me so much joy to see this game happen (if it ever does). Thanks for reading!
